You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,
- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately

- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last item, provided that you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or items

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to us without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract.

Exclusion or Termination Reasons
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the delivery of goods that can perish quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
- for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time the contract was concluded, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the contract was concluded and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no control;
- for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated publications, except for subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts
- for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods, if these have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
- for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
